The forms have an option to turn on "Require Login" It's in the Settings tab when editing the form Check to make sure that's turned off The other option may be that your system admin for Smartsheet has turned on "Only people with a Smartsheet login" or "Only people in your account via the Safe Sharing List" restrictions on forms

Hi @LyndaRousseau, are you on business or enterprise plan? to sign in using SSO you need to be on enterprise plan and smartsheet must be configured from your IT Department to use SSO The monet you will give your email address it will recognise it is SSO and it will take you to your company login website Hope it helps
