Well I took my 69 Nova that i bought at Hot August Nights in Reno to the Ca DMV today and they wouldn't register it because the Vin tag on the dash doesn't match the cowl tag and we couldn't find another number anywhere Now they have refered me to the CHP I put the car up on our lift and
