it's what you get when you first sign up with the business select program it's 99 dollars, but you get 99 "depot dollars" credited to your account it's annoying to try and use them as there are often weird issues like the one described in op's post, and last time i checked they can only be used on certain SKUs that are in the business select program, so you can't apply them to a purchase
