If you can access your Ancestry Account Go to Account settings If prompted, sign in Under Account information, select Create password > Enter the email address associated with your Ancestry account and choose Continue Do not close or navigate away from this page A password reset code will be sent to that email address and you’ll need to enter it on that page In a separate tab or window
