Oshkosh “quality neighborhoods” are pretty self explanatory by simply driving through the neighborhoods and seeing the houses West side is pretty solid - south side for most part is good, east side and north side can be so-so depending where Downtown is safe to walk but campus area has been having an uptick of crime in past few years (during school but at bar close times)
