- ANYONE EVER FIXED P1101 CODE - Chevrolet Cruze Forums
For over a year now I have been struggling with this Cruze 2011 turbo It had other codes at the beginning but I am mainly stuck with P1101 I have replaced the PCV valve, map and MAF sensors, and the PCV hose, the car is still shaking when coming to a stop, and also when removing the oil dipstick

Since P1101 is a so called MAF code why would the throttle body and tube going to it have anything to do with the MAF? Does the throttle body measure air flow, i didn't think so, the throttle sensor just measures the position per the gas pedal, correct? I would guess the air box tightness and the air filter could effect the MAF reading only

P1101 keeps coming back Original owner 2016 Malibu 45k miles I took the airbox changed air filter, intake tube going for MAF to the turbo, there is some yellowish liquid maybe oil, drained box under the tube and cleaned, cleaned the intake, cleaned the MAF Also cleaned the throttle body

Hello all I have a 2017 Cruze with the 1 4L turbo Check engine light came on and when I checked the code, I initially had a P1101 I opened up the air filter box and cleaned it out, inspected the filter and MAF sensor, looked for any signs of damaged electrical wiring or hoses, etc
- P1101 on 2017 LT even after replacing the MAF sensor
It has 61,000 miles and I have the P1101 DTC on it with the check engine light I cleaned the MAF Sensor and cleared the code and a couple days later the code came right back

Recently I started randomly getting this code when my check engine light comes on It's P1101: Intake Air Flow System Performance It comes and goes without me doing anything to it It started maybe couple days after I changed out the engine air filter I dont know if it's placed incorrectly

If the PCV system was clogged it would toss P1101 first Even if it was clogged the system would just pull air from the intake and be missing the recirculation
