Patco should follow the lead of Washington DC, focus on small extensions to one or two stations every few years (on both sides of the river) I would think that the chance of success with federal funds is better than moving on a 100-200% expansion of service

The PATCO plan isn't an extension of the Subway-Surface line It is a new line that will have a transfer to the Green Line somewhere near City Hall To characterize this as an extension of the Green Line is not correct The point of the project is to add rail transit along Delaware Avenue to spur economic development there

BSL, PATCO and the P W are all overrunning while the MFSE is underrunning Ideally they also need to have the same voltage and frequency, although there are a number of lines (mostly in the EU) that can adapt to multiple flavors of electricity Is there a connection between the two systems anywhere?
