- Hilton employees who have transitioned to PEP, how’s your user . . .
PEP is by far the most AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and all the other synonyms for horrendous, system out there!!! It takes 47 clicks to change anything, it freezes up, logs you off mid reservation and makes my blood pressure go through the roof!! Don't get me wrong, it is an easy system, very user friendly but the glitches make me crazy
- migration to pep : r Hilton - Reddit
PEP is a living NIGHTMARE!!!!! I was so excited to get PEP after seeing one of my sister properties go through it It looked very clean and minimal However, ever since we switched over to PEP, it has been nothing but trouble I have been working for Hilton 17 years and I have NEVER in my entire career want to walk out on a daily basis
- PEP SYSTEM : r TalesFromTheFrontDesk - Reddit
Pep was down at my property for hours the other morning Thankfully, we were sold out and everything I needed to do for night audit was done
- What is PEP and NoPEP? : r 7daystodie - Reddit
Starting a new server with Darkness Falls mod for the first time What does PEP and NoPEP mean in the pregen map names?
- PEP - Discrepant Rooms? : r Hilton - Reddit
PEP - Discrepant Rooms? I'm losing my freaking mind over here PEP does this really fun thing where sometimes it will just not let a room be assigned, even if it's vacant and clean It's like PEP gets confused, because I usually only see it after me or one of my GSRs have gone in and changed its status in Housekeeping from Occ Dirty to Vac Ready
- Help with PEP Training : r Hilton - Reddit
Ok, so my hotel is converting to PEP around the end of the month I am trying to do the online training, and I'm having issues whenever I start a new module (i e Complete a Company Reservation or Walk In) first off it gives little direction
- PEP Housekeeping Question : r askhotels - Reddit
It's annoying The last I heard is that PEP is working on a fix, but for now you have to call support and ask for them to fix it on the back-end
- Tips for PEP? : r Hilton - Reddit
Tips for PEP? I’m a front desk agent at a small Home2 in the middle of no where and we’re just now changing from OnQ to PEP I’ve done the training and have a good grasp on the program but I (and my GM) were wondering if there were any tips for PEP that someone would know from being hands on with it
