Are you able to locate chrome installation folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application, if so, can you double click on the Chrome exe ?

Chrome will launch normally, but is not present in Programs and features It will not allow any install of newer older versions I have attempted to uninstall chrome It will not recognize it being an installed application This is not tied to a single computer it is an issue on multiple devices
