Get with S1 and sit and watch them enter in your civilian education into IPPS-A iPERMS has nothing to do with your points There are 3 fields in the education tab that have to be filled out to get your college credits to count Make sure the clerk fills them out Is your education reflecting on your STP? Whe you go to your 'My Profile' from the TAM center, does your education reflect

We both turned in our transcripts to our BN S-1 and they inputted all of the necessary info into the Talent Management Profile on IPPS-A (name of the school, number of credits, type) but we have zero points on the civilian education category on the PPW A trouble ticket has been submitted and unanswered and S-1 is useless
