This was a very informative thread by a Lululemon key leader from a few weeks ago It's my understanding that any item is eligible for the Quality Promise but I do think many people unfortunately take advantage of it If you wear an item once or twice and it starts falling apart, then that absolutely shouldn't be happening But I know some treat the Quality Promise more like a Lifetime

I got the Memory ending on my first run (blind) After comparing my stats with the guides I looked up, it is very contrary to what they were saying you have to do for that ending (playtime, death count, etc One said you MUST finish in under 6 hrs, my in game time was 13, for example)
