Just some info worth noting Everybody says your body weight in psi and then adjust I weigh 240 and tried that on my stumpjumper and thought the shock was broken because I had close to 300psi in it and it still wasn't where it was supposed to be I discovered the specialized calculator on their web page, and it said to use 340psi
