Thanks for your response, but when I sign into my main msn account, it takes me right to mymsn com homepage I don't see the option for "Help Settings" Just to be clear, I already have two email accounts, but have to log out out of one and log in to the other using the separate email addresses each time Thanks for your time

The problems concerning inability to obtain a sign-in screen is not unique to MSN Premium using Explorer There are multiple posts on the MSN Community website concerning this problems as it relates to msn com also Affected users are able to access msn com using alternate browsers and then signing in
