I ended up deleting the entire VM and re-installing it Mind you, as I have a Windows Enterprise license (which Parallels does NOT configure), I had to manually link my device to EntraID and then sign in manually with my E5 license In the end I now have an activated Win11 Enterprise License 24H2
- DirectX 12 - any update on when Parallels will support it?
Additionally, the Display Memory (VRAM) on Parallels 19 on Windows 11 Pro is reported as 0 MB, which could be a significant concern This situation requires further investigation to determine the root cause and potential solutions This points to Microsoft's developers not really Parallels'

Currently trying to run KingdomCome Deliverance II , on MacOS 15 3 and a MacMini M2 Pro using Parallels 20 2 0 - still no DirectX 12 support I guess I did reach out to Parallels asking if this is the issue, and am waiting for a reply As stated to support : I would rather continue purchasing Parallels licences than support Microssoft ;-)

For reference, Parallels reports: Parallels Desktop for Mac (Pro Edition) Version 19 4 1 (54985) And my M1 Pro MacBook Pro is running macOS Sonoma 14 6 1 TBH, it's not a great issue as I rarely use Windows nowadays - most times it's run is to get updates!

Create a Windows 11 Virtual Machine in Parallels I used Parallels Desktop version 17 1 14 (51567) In order to allow the Quest 2 to connect to your VM, we can bridge the network connection To do this, go to the Configuration settings for your VM in Parallels (click the gear icon)

Click on the Parallels icon in the Mac menu (looks like a laptop computer screen with 2 white windows in it) and with your current Windows 11 active (not sleeping) go to Devices > CD DVD > Connect image and select the ISO image you downloaded (most likely in your Downloads folder so navigate to that and click on Open)

Install Sequoia through Parallels by an adding a machine right in the control center; after the VM is ready, with Sequoia, login to iCloud on the VM (yes, that's supported in Sequoia now!) Once logged in with you Apple Developer Account, enable Beta updates for Tahoe, and just do the update
