How often does the county, or city GIS department update their parcels on their GIS data ? Because I asked, the county GIS parcel data on their interactive online does not mention their date of when the data was last update

The parcels themselves are not parcels in the general sense of the term, but nevertheless, it describes the data quite effectively No 'parcel' shall overlap or produce gaps between parcels However, the data quality is terribly low and it almost seems like the parcels have been drawn by hand with snapping disabled!
