Nobody because they went fully day 1 on PC on their own store and launcher They weren't third party then Neither would Sony be if they had a PC store and launcher But when you sell your own games on someone else's store you are third party on that store And today Microsoft is third party on Steam, PlayStation, Switch But they're still first party on Xbox and Microsoft Store And today

Excluding Nintendo, most of the money in all gaming platforms is made by 3rd party games But Sony makes over a billion dollar per year from first party games, so it's normal that they want to continue making them And the majority of game revenue in PS, like in mostly everywhere, comes from live service games

I'm a Nintendo fan but its pretty clear that the Switch 2 will not get a boost in third party support It got snubbed by Atlus today as well Switch 2 will live and die by Nintendo's own output If anything it seems third party support could go even lower for the Switch 2 than Switch third party support, with even AA games snubbing Switch 2
