I was using passmedicine for my practice mocks in the beginning of my ucat prep journey, and I always came out with really bad scores, especially in quantitative reasoning I was reserving medentry for when I got closer to the exam date, and so I just recently purchased it, and I did a diagnostic full mock and scored highest in QR than all the other sections I want to know which one is more

I used Passmedicine and Onexamination for finals, and found the BMJ bank the more useful of the two, but it was way more expensive I still liked Passmedicine and found it useful though

Used both I would say Quesmed possibly has the edge in the preclinical content and overall feels a bit kinder to use PassMedicine wins with it's content map and knowledge bank text book type resources although to be fair I haven't ever delved into Quesmed's content bank

A good free resource is PassMedicine, which are timed subsets When you revise I'd suggest first taking a week or two getting familiar by doing untimed practice on medify medentry Then start doing timed practice (time is your biggest enemy in ucat), on PassMedicine and Medify Medentry for a few weeks
