The heights on pecan is pretty good It’s clean (especially compared to other apartments like the Arlie), it’s on campus so you get good maintenance, good amenities like game rooms and a pool if you care about that stuff I was concerned about the google reviews too and I guess things have changed since then because my experience was positive
