I have a larger Pelican case for airline travel - which works great by the way However after a few trips the pick n pluck foam is just not holding up Is there anyone who does custom foam inserts with a denser foam? Thanks!

I've used my pelican cases to travel for three gun and really like them, especially when it's time to wheel all that gear into the hotel room but it's annoying carrying the heavy hard cases to monthly matches and to and from the hotel each match day I'm in the market for one of those three gun soft cases
