PEP is by far the most AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and all the other synonyms for horrendous, system out there!!! It takes 47 clicks to change anything, it freezes up, logs you off mid reservation and makes my blood pressure go through the roof!! Don't get me wrong, it is an easy system, very user friendly but the glitches make me crazy

We just switched over to the Pep system and I’m only on night audits in the event the regular auditors need it off The problem is- if we have a walk in after I run night audit how on earth do I check them in? It won’t let me change it to same day check out, and the day use option isn’t there
