Reset gateway admin password | Xfinity Community Forum How do you reset the password for the admin profile for 10 0 0 1? I did the 30 second hold reset button and the two minute hole reset button but all it did was reset my Wi-Fi name and password
XB6 gateway: I cant log in to change admin password | Xfinity . . . Are you holding the reset button in for at least 25-30 seconds after you press it ? If the device is truly being reset to factory defaults, you would no longer see your custom WiFi network name (SSID) And the login creds would default to being admin for the username and password for the password
