This morning - Quicken informed me that I need to reauthorize my Chase accounts for enhanced security So I deactivated and activated my 2 Chase credit card accounts When all was said and done, I was successfully connected to Chase, but now, instead of Direct Connect, it is with Express Web Connect+ Why has Chase dropped Direct Connect?

Hi all, I had a clarification question on this announcement from Quicken that the Chase online connection was changing, and what to do about it:

In the meantime, I suggest you obtain the Amazon card bill directly from Chase and continue to use the Direct Connect connection method for the Amazon credit card account as long as it works reliably enough Then, maintain the register offline until you think the new Express Web Connect+ connection method is working reliably enough

Now go back to the account list and "EDIT" the chase account and connect to online services This should open your default broswer to get authentication to give to Quicken
