That's weird, we don't have any general issues with the tools (It works for others) So we need to figure out what's the issue for you I need some more details Which browser do you use? Which computer do you use, and how old is it? Do you have any add-ons installed (Ad-blocker etc ) Have you been able to use Pixlr E or Pixlr X before this or it never worked?

Since Pixlr has patched my method (clearing the local storage cookie using the padlock menu) I have made a new method which requires using a bookmarklet This method requires the use of a bookmarklet, to get the bookmarklet, go on https: bookmarkletsgo github io and find the one that says Clear Local Storage, then drag it to your bookmarks bar

Having an issue (both Pixlr X and Pixlr E) with images becoming extremely blurry once they have been resized Typically this occurs when making the image smaller What's really odd is that the image will look totally fine at the smaller size until I click to another layer or select another tool

On an empty layer create a circle using the shape tool (shortcut "u") making sure to hold shift to make it a perfect circle You can resize and arrange it until it fits perfectly over your image Then head over to select > select pixels (making sure you're still on the circle layer), use control I to invert your selection, tap on your image layer and then just press delete After writing out

In pixlr E use the marquee selection tool, select the area and copy paste, then delete the original Or do the selection, invert selection and hit delete to remove the area around Or add a frame and insert the image and you can adjust the visible are as you like
