buenas que tal e adquirido una maquina virtual en windows azure , donde este me da una Vip (virtual ip publica) pues quisiera hacer públicos mis provectos desde windows 2008 server r2 pero el inconveniente no se como hacer esto posible ya que no entiendo por que no funciona la ip virtual publica lo coloco en el navegador en el puerto 80 y este no responde alguna solucion ??

I believe you can check by changing the location of your datacenter on Azure to a region more closer to China and check the performance However, this might also depend upon the network the users in China are on Hence kindly check the bandwidth of the network for these users

Can you check from Azure portal - ADF UI if these triggers are being used in any pipeline? If not delete it else use it in some pipeline and try to execute the script
