I recently also had the problem with redeeming my points on Desktop "There was a problem with my account " After that I tried redeeming my points on the Rewards App on my Xbox and it worked perfectly fine! So try out using the Rewards App if you have the same problem

Not even joking but this is what I was going to suggest It's really the only way to gain points "instantly" (it takes typically a minimum of 48 hours for your account to reflect the points for purchases) everything else is on a timer, like in the U S you can get 370 points every 24 hours via searches, every 24 hours you get 30-70 points for daily activities, etc

These quizzes never give me any points It shows the 5 pt pop up after I answer each question and then strangely at the end of the quiz it says I earned 10 pts when it's supposed to be 15 pts but on the Microsoft Rewards page my Available points and Daily points total never changes after doing these quizzes
