You would have to be in a really big prairie dog town to shoot 800-1000 rounds in a day Those are becoming fairly rare these days My favorite caliber for prairie dogs is a 204 Ruger with 40 grain V-Max bullets I like 32 grainers as well, but the 40 grain bullet is more accurate in my rifle
