PrepFE, How good is it? I am using PrepFE to prepare for the exam, however the problems are significantly easier than Lindenberg and PPI2PASS, and I am worried I will not be ready for the Exam Also I am 5 years out of college Has anyone used PrepFE to study for the Exam? If so would you recommend it?

I’ve been using both PPI and PrepFE to study On the PPI second practice exam, I scored 51%, but I consistently score 70-80% on PrepFE questions I’ve been told PPI is significantly more challenging than NCEES, but how does PrepFE compare?

PrepFE is in the easy medium range, but I found it extremely beneficial bc it taught me how to quickly recognize problems and immediately locate the appropriate info in the manual I think this is more helpful than knowing how to solve one extremely hard problem

Here are my questions: Is PREPFE worth it? Or is Girum Practice BOOK, NCEES practice book, Gregory Michaelson Videos, and DIRECTHUB 1 month course enough to prepare for this exam? Is 1-2 months enough time for preparation? I really don't want overload my study load School is starting soon, so Ill have to deal with that too

PrepFE is only good to simulate exam day Good thing is you can time yourself, mix topics and amount of questions you like to answer and practice like real exam day setting I used prepfe on right half of my screen and opened the reference handbook on left half Real exam is the same You can flag questions and skip to come back etc etc

I am using this to study for the FE exam, and it has been a help to understand some of the theories, but I am wondering if this resource will prepare me for the difficulty of the exam I've heard that some people say it was too simple, so that's why I'm wondering

It's a great starting point and the interface gives you a feel for computerized testing It's solutions are very detailed and in addition it tells the reader where to reference formulas in the FE Handbook (in its solutions) On the flip side its question bank is limited, maybe 25 per section compared to other reference that range up to 40 plus Also, the more you retake the section exam the
