The preparing to reset finished while I was away doing some other things, and when I came back the tv I was using for my monitor said that it could not find anything hooked up to the HDMI When this happened I thought that maybe the HDMI could not pick up the system reset screen, but with what is happening now I have no idea

There are two programs I am trying to uninstall and every time I try, a box pops up saying "Preparing to remove " and after about 30 seconds of that another one comes up saying "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to your computer?"
