I'm talking about designs I created in Printful, not designs I uploaded to Printful I definitely saved my design as a template, but it's not in my product templates, which is why I was wondering if designs we actually create in Printful save in our templates or not The other designs that I uploaded are there in my templates

Might be an annoying workaround, but I believe you can do it by adding all the separate templates to your etsy store from printful Before you publish on the Etsy side, go into the listings and grab the SKU's from the extra variants and add them all into one listing under the color section add in the design options (eg Black + Sleeve Design)
