Question According to older info I’ve found online, visible was QCI 9 on VZ before the visible+ plan was launched (legacy unlimited) Since the Visible+ plan comes with 50GB of “premium data”, I would assume that would mean a lower QCI value (higher priority), so QCI 8 for that data allotment, correct?

Has anyone moved from QCI 8 to QCI 9 on AT T (or vice versa) and actually noticed a difference? Long story short but I'm going to be stuck on AT T with this phone for the foreseeable future, and I'm trying to choose between the Boost 15 $20 plan and the ATT prepaid 16 $25 plan
