And there are two other recursive resolvers which approach Quad9's scale, but they aren't non-profit, and don't block as much malware and phishing The non-profit bit is actually the single biggest factor, because it's what keeps Quad9 from being in a conflict-of-interest situation vis-a-vis users' privacy and security
