The balance showing in the summary panel on the left side for one of my accounts does not match the current balance in the ledger for that account, overstating it by over $11,000

From the Portfolio Window, I click on an Account wherein I used to get the transaction register The same action is done for a new account just added I get a window displaying 4 cards - Security, Top Movers, Portfolio by Security, and Value over Time This only happens with the new account What do I do to get back to the transaction register?

HI @Zmode, The likely cause of this problem is "placeholders" that Quicken has added to the account It is likely that when you first downloaded, Quicken setup both placeholders for the account's investment holdings as well as a "cash balance" equal to the account's total market value To fix this - first go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Downloaded transactions" > click on the "settings" button

I feel as I am in the Twighlight zone I back up my quicken so I can see via mobile Isn't there a way to login online? Why is it seem so hard to find

My account login works fine through the browser, but when I try to sign in through the desktop it says "Your account has been temporarily locked

Telling me I've put in wrong credentials I can go to Edward Jones website and put in the same credentials (which is correct) and get in, but Quicken can't
