There is a known bug in the current Quik app, saw it somewhere on GoPro website (I have an old Session, don't really use it anymore but it doesn't connect to my S20 Ultra anymore) and is apparently being looked into

GoPro Quik downloaded all my media to cloud and then deleted my original files off my GoPro (the PC application refuses to boot afterwards) so I have lost all of my original quality files to the cloud and have no way of getting them onto my PC because media download only gives full quality when you have a premium subscription

Can the current version of Quik for Mac desktop transfer files directly to computer? Why not? I have a subscription but do not want to go through the cloud nor use Quik for editing I use Premiere Pro and edit on my desktop I shoot mainly timelapse and it's a huge pain to transfer all those
