- 2015+ R1 - Did you remove the restrictor plate on your. . .
With my R6 I did and it's generally accepted that it increases performance slightly I did the same on the R1 However, I read somewhere that with the R1, removing the intake restrictor actually DROPS power since you are decreasing airbox pressure (the restrictor amplifies the ram air effect)
