One of our clients has an issue with RDWeb where some users must sometimes provide their credentials multiple times when attempting to launch remote apps The issue is inconsistent and happens randomly This issue has only started recently, possibly after upgrading the terminal server to Service Pack 1

2 Ar rdweb ,rdgateway ,rdcb and rdsh role installed on the same azure w2019 vm? 3 go to rdweb server , Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager > {Server-name} > Sites > Default Website > RDWeb > Pages > Application Settings > Set ‘DefaultTSGateway’ to the public name of the gateway server
