Compared to the sim-lab stuff, Trak Racer uses a lighter weight profile, which isn't a problem It is overbuilt anyway I do prefer the glassy smooth anodizing on the sim-lab profiles T-nuts and bolts were the same, although sim-lab included a lot of extras, which was a nice bonus I think I prefer the Trak Racer corner brackets, but only

I got a Trak Racer integrated triple monitor mount and the profile was great and worked with my ASR rig fine (ASR had a 6 week lead time so I went Trak Racer) I also ran into this issue with 2x T nuts where they simply would not thread properly I had leftover from ASR so I just used those but I do remember thinking it was stupid that Trak Racer would not only have shitty T-nuts but also not

Virtua Racing suffered a lot from how quickly Ridge Racer and Daytona appeared after, and the fact that the PlayStation and Saturn were clearly going to be light years ahead of the Model 1 in terms of capabilities It was a great game, but it was quickly eclipsed Now, the Mega Drive port though, that was a holy shit moment
