I had the same problem, I made an exception to RainbowSix exe on my antivirus and it works again now If you have BitDefender go to Protection>Under Antivirus>Manage Exceptions>Go to Steam>steamapps>common>Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege> and find 1) RainbowSix exe 2)RainbowSix_Vulkan exe and 3)BEService_x64 exe (inside the BattleEye folder) Hope it works for you too!
