Not receiving emails in New Outlook I have a new Windows 11 PC and have MS 365 installed All apps and credentials transferred over seamlessly Set up new outlook with two accounts from the same provider and everything went along smoothly A few days later my non-primary account quit receiving emails

The change was recent and the Geeksquad tech noted that they have had a number of recent cases of Outlook users with Roadrunner email accounts reporting receiving and sending email problems The solution was to switch to using Spectrum Webmail (which isn't as good) but I can get emails on my laptop again
