Redtail is garbage, constant login issues and little flexibility Just acquired by Orion so be prepared for that Wealthbox is very basic but usable Not super customizable Salesforce off the shelf is highly customizable but will cost you for everything you need do- like, tens of thousands of dollars Salesforce Overlays are better, XLR8, Practifi and there is a newcomer on the scene QUIVR

Redtail's development team isn't disciplined in my opinion They aren't listening to user feedback and regularly implementing features to address user concerns It blew my mind that of all the things they could have done recently, they decided to rush an "AI response suggestion" feature into Speak just to hop on the AI train It's stupid
