The CDPH Gateway CAIR2 IZ Portal manages electronic data exchange for all Sites in the legacy CDPH CAIR regions (Including the old NorCal, Greater Sacramento, Bay Area, Central Coast, Central Valley, LA-Orange, San Diego, and Inland Empire regions) To register, allow yourself at least 15-20 minutes During registration, you will be asked to:

To log into the ALERT Immunization Information System the user must enter the Organization Code, Username, and Password If the user does not have an existing ALERT IIS Username, the user must contact their administrator to obtain a Username Once the user has been authenticated by the system the user will be taken to one of two places:

“Read-Only” access to CAIR2 is also available for schools and child care sites If your school helps notify families of other recommended vaccines besides those required by law, “Read-Only” access to CAIR2 is a good option for you in addition to SCRL
