I am planning a few restaurants but day to day? In my experience there was quick casual food everywhere But we did eat at a place that we later found out was a chain: Yakiniku Kokokara Had a really great local neighborhood vibe, but is apparently part of a chain of restaurants

All of the storefronts in my middle sized European city neighbourhood are filled I do notice a shift from shops to restaurants and cafes, but that's not a bad development
