I called Revzilla and the customer service gal informed me my helmet was a prior return and they obviously missed putting in all the items that come with the helmet My biggest concern though is ordering a new helmet with a build date from 3 5 yrs ago! Is it normal to get a production date this old on a new Shoei helmet?

As for riding in cold weather the best combination is to use heated grips on medium + heated gloves or heated glove liners with your favorite winter glove Another alternative is to get hypo mitts or barkbuster Blizzards they are sufficient with heated grips otherwise the fingertips and thumb get eventually cold as they're not touching the grips good luck #12
