I called Revzilla and the customer service gal informed me my helmet was a prior return and they obviously missed putting in all the items that come with the helmet My biggest concern though is ordering a new helmet with a build date from 3 5 yrs ago! RevZilla's online service is great, and I'll keep ordering other stuff from them, but after ordering 5 pairs of gloves in the past two weeks, all following the mfgr's sizing charts, AND using the same size as same-branded gloves I already own, only one set of gloves fit, I don't think I'll buy gloves online ever again
