As many users have stated, this is in fact a DNS issue my ippsa army mil will resolve with DNS that has the address stored Anywhere I've tried to access the website via default Comcast Xfinity settings, I always run into issues

There is the version that you are trying to use the 'Self-Service' (my ippsa army mil) and there is also the 'Elevated User' (hr ippsa army mil) version I have found that Self-Service is useless and is unable to provide any information for Soldiers

I have heard "submit a PAR" with zero further instructions and a shrug too many times from too many people to think rationally anymore "Admin corrections" doesn't have anything like "STP Update
