Rockauto keeps no inventory, they send emails to parts warehouses to ship your stuff Sometimes they really come thru and the part is there the next day Can't really compare to Amazon Prime They should probably create a shipping club type thing for $50 a year with two day shipping
- Ordering parts from RockAuto - A B C etc warehouses arent fixed?
I've found that Rockauto also sometimes switches which parts come from which warehouse I wanted to place an order with 3 different parts The first two parts were coming from the same warehouse A, and the third part was coming from warehouse B Then I decided to delete the third item from warehouse B

The local Factory Motor Parts warehouse in Eagan, MN is a Rockauto partner My crankshaft sensors came directly from them We use FMP almost exclusively at work, and I couldn't touch RA's price, shipping included, with my dealer pricing direct from FMP They really do keep costs low on some things
