The factory supplied Picatinny Rail for the Mini-14 (Serial # 584-*) comes with 5 of the slots on the bolt side cut away Is this cutout only for ease of disassembling the rifle (in particular removing and installing the bolt) or does this also provide clearance for ejecting the spent

My suspicion is Ruger copied the Glock minus connector for theirs, basically Not a fan of super light triggers, and anywhere between 4 and 4 5 seems to be a sweet spot for me I'm more of a 'keep the trigger in constant motion' as opposed to a 'surprise break' kinda guy
