Lost or Stolen Samples At Sampler, we send millions of samples to our users every year Unfortunately, there is a small percentage of orders which get lost in the mail system Sometimes these are delivered a month late, sometimes they are lost forever Due to the limited inventory of our samples, which run out quickly, we are not able to reship
