The other alternative I found is the Citrix SCOM Management Pack by eG Innovations Seems a more complete product and covers other technologies (VMware, Nutanix, cloud), besides just Citrix

Based on my research, if you use SCOM to monitor your Exchange environment you lose some monitoring probes because the managemant pack use some commandlets that will only be usable with this extest user e g Test-OutlookConnectivity

I was installing for testing purposes a new SCOM 2019 For that I used one server where I had SQL with SSRS and SCOM All goes quite smoothly, but with the web console I did not success to do the installation On the logs it only says:

SCOM repeatedly generates an alert stating "Retry Remote Delivery Queue Length - sustainted for 30 minutes > 1 " This alert is generated against one of the Exchange Client Access Servers, but whenever I check queue viewer via the GUI or PowerShell, there are never any queues that are showing up in a retry state
