- Mixing Shimano SRAM drivetrains : r gravelcycling - Reddit
I know you can't mix a SRAM shifter with a Shimano derailleur (and vice-versa), at least according to Google since each 'click' moves the derailleur a different amount for each manufacturer But what about cassettes and front chainrings? Has anybody successfully used a SRAM cassette with a Shimano derailleur or vice versa?

- Question about Sram Axs Road WIDE crankset vs. normal Axs Road.
Question about Sram Axs Road WIDE crankset vs normal Axs Road I understand that the Axs crankset comes in two widths-- Road and Road WIDE, meant to be natively compatible with a 68mm vs 73mm bb shell, and that the Road WIDE is meant to offer additional clearance for a wider tire

- Anyone else feel like Sram Transmission is a downgrade?
There are some positives, like more even spacing between gears and a stronger clutch less chainslap However those ends don't justify the means to me I've also been going back and forth with Sram support for over a month and have had multiple bike shops take a look, so it isn't a setup issue If you're thinking about 'upgrading', at least demo a bike with Transmission first Share Sort by
- SRAM Wireless Apex vs Wireless Rival AXS for new bike? : r . . . - Reddit

- How significant is the issue with Sram front derailleurs really . . .
Rear derailleur is good, I've preferred SRAM shift logic already (I have it on my gravel bike), I really like the look of the new force crankset, and the SRAM app is much better than the Shimano one in my experience I was resistant to buying a bike with force - but bought a bike on a great black Friday deal and Ultegra Di2 wasn't an option
