Finally off I had airbag light issue for two years Not sure if this continues but for now it?s off When I first bought the car, I had the dreaded light on Took it to a foreign car shop They told me there were two errors First was the bad power cable that was about $400 to replace

Option 2: Fix the problem I have searched over the holiday but I am not find specifics on the problem beyond they SRS flash code listing that states that al 5-X,6-X,7-X, and 8-X are "Internal failure of the SRS Unit" The SRS unit flash code list does not link to troubleshooting procedures like other flashcode directories

Taking the car to either a BMW dealership or indy that has the proper tool to reset the SRS (supplemental restraint system) Or if you have the correct (I believe Peake) tool to reset the SRS The airbag light reset isn't a simple one do to the safety importance of the airbag system

I would just buy an airbag module on ebay before resetting, but notice the reset sites say: Scanners read "crash data stored" Would Creator C310 display that? I do know my car was in an accident from the previous owner and the SRS light was on when I bought it Doesn't say crash data
